Manufacturing at our factory premises in Weymouth, Blundell Harling Group provides employment for approximately 48 people in a variety of positions including skilled, semi-skilled and manual trades through to technical and professional roles. Operating a lean manufacturing environment, staff work in teams and are encouraged to work flexibly, share responsibility, problem solve and innovate in their job roles.

Vacancies are advertised in the local press (or the specialist press where appropriate) as well as through the Government's JobcentrePlus website. Current staff are also encouraged to apply for vacancies that may help their career development.
