Returns Policy

RETURNS AUTHORISATION

Before returning any item, please follow our returns authorisation procedure by contacting us via telephone or email. We may request photographic evidence of damaged goods. We will then give you an authorisation number and a returns form. No returns will be accepted without a return authorisation number.

Please note that we cannot make a claim against carriers if more than 48 hours has lapsed after receipt of the item, therefore, we cannot refund damages reported after this time.

RETURNS PACKAGING

Please use the original packaging when returning the goods. Either a carrier or recorded delivery should be used. We will only refund against a receipt of carriage up to a maximum of £15.00.

For smaller items, please pack in suitable packing and send by recorded delivery only. We will refund the postage of any recorded-delivery item up to a maximum of £4.50.

Refunds of postage only apply to damaged or faulty goods.

REPLACEMENT OR REFUND

We will ask you if you would like us to replace the item or refund your account. For goods which have been returned as faulty or damaged, this will be refunded once the item has been inspected, which can take up to 28 days.

RETURNING AN UNWANTED ITEM

You may return any unopened item within 7 days of receipt, for a full refund. We will refund your account once we have received and processed the item.

We will only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error. We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is faulty, or if the item was sent to you through our error.

HOW WE TEST RETURNED ITEMS

We test every single returned item. If a returned item is found not to be faulty by our test centre, we will return the item to you and you will be liable for the postage. This also applies to items reported as carrier damage and found to have been used. The cost will depend on the item. We will not refund postage on any item found to be in good working order or falsely reported as damaged.

  • Fill in the appropriate boxes and fold along the fold line.
  • With the address facing up, tape all edges to the item you wish to return.
  • Please ensure adequate packaging is used.
